Scholarship Tax Credits are Constitutional!

On April 4, 2011, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld Arizona’s Individual Scholarship Tax Credit program as constitutional, ending a 14-year long legal battle. This was the best of news for the over-29,000 Arizona children currently attending private schools on tax credit scholarships. For details click here.
